Deductible Hail Coverage

Deductibles are available from 5% to 30%. The policy provides protection against physical damage from hail up to the actual cash value of the insured crop once the adjusted percentage damage exceeds the deductible. Coverage is provided on an acre-by-acre basis, so damage that occurs on only part of a field may be eligible for payment when the rest of the field remains unaffected. Some deducible coverages offer an increased payment option or deductibles that disappear.
