Production Plan Hail Coverage

Various coverage options are available. This policy provides coverage to protect the portion of crop covered by the underlying MPCI policy against physical damage from hail. This coverage is applied on a unit basis and in the event of a hail loss, will pay the lesser of the “field loss” or “production loss” as described in the policy. Coverage is available on corn, soybeans, and wheat in several states.
